Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
